The three founding and directing partners launched Direct Connect Merchant Solutions in 2008. On October 1, 2013, the partners changed the name to Streamline Payments to more accurately reflect the type of service we provide and secure a trademarked brand. Together, they bring a wealth of experience and skill sets that guide the company as it continues to expand across the country.

John “Jay” Rice
Jay brings twenty-three years of bank card industry experience to Streamline Payments. His previous positions include Bank Institution Sales for Financial Alliance, Vice President and Sales Manager for National Processing Company and Senior Vice President for Bank of America Merchant Services.

Chris Pruitt
Chris has held finance and business development positions at international corporations for more than eighteen years. Prior to co-founding Streamline Payments in 2008, Chris was CFO of General Electric’s SFS Plastics Division. Chris is a senior executive with a proven record of growing successful businesses in highly competitive markets and fostering personal development.

David Edelen
With twenty-seven years in the bank card industry, David brings a wealth of knowledge to the company. He has worked as a street level sales rep for AMCOR, an ISO for Citibank, and Commonwealth Payment Systems, an ISO for Financial Alliance, and National Processing Company. He was promoted from Director to Senior Vice President during his 8 years at NPC before moving on to become Senior Vice President Independent Sales Channel for Bank of America Merchant Services.
